M3 Associates Ltd offer our client’s full turn key project management of asbestos remediation and asbestos removal works. We are independent from all contractors who are licensed to undertake these works, therefore we will ensure that all works are completed in the most suitable and cost effective way for our clients. All of our projects will be fully managed by a competent asbestos qualified project manager. The project manager will over see all aspects of the works on site to ensure they are completed to the highest of standards, in time and within budget. The project manager will also be responsible for undertaking all air monitoring and statutory clearance certification.

M3 Associates only utilise asbestos contractors which have been approved through our in house vetting procedures. This is a process that is regularly updated and checked to ensure that the contractor meets all legislative requirements.
